How do I charge the battery for the TC1200?

1. Plug the cord into charger. Light will be off
2. Insert lithium battery into charger. Light will turn green to tell you it is properly connected.
3. Plug into wall. Light will be RED if completely dead or orange if it has a slight charge.
4. Once charged to 100% the light will turn GREEN.
